We normally ship all products via UPS. All charges are calculated by automatically communicating with ups.com. If you feel shipping charges are out of line, give us a call and we’ll double check the rate for you. For extremely small orders like a couple packs of numbers you may want to call us so we can send via US Postal.
Hopefully, you never have to return anything. If you do it means that
a.) You didn’t like our product (doubtful)
b.) We screwed up your order (doubtful)
c.) You ordered the wrong items on the site (maybe)

We will send call tag for the return of item (You pay UPS charges) and ship correct item (You pay UPS)
b.) We shipped wrong item

c.) You don’t like our product (within 30 days)
We will send call tag for return of item (You pay UPS) We will charge 20% restocking fee and original shipping
charges are not refundable.
